Umpiring Stage One
Research shows that good umpiring enhances a players enjoyment during a match ten-fold. In an aim to facilitate the education of more officials across the county, several courses have been set up in an exciting joint venture.
This course is designed to give an overview of the basic Laws of the game and how to apply them, introducing the principles of field craft and match management.
It is ideal for new club umpires, as a refresher for existing umpires or as the first step for those who want to umpire at higher levels. It will give you the tools to enable you to umpire matches at the basic recreational level where there are no independent umpires appointed.
The course is taken fully online and can be completed in around 3 hours (less for the fast fingered).Details:
